Ya it looks fine, room for improvement of course. Its all clear to people who can read, and rules are easy to find. same with on how to connect and making an account. Good job

I mean that you could go to the forum and speak ingame in the Global chat..
Like you do /join Global here and talk with people ingame

That sounds realy hard to do and also very ban due to spammers so we need someone on the forms moderating it an someone ingame so i think that would be a no.
Although a chatroom on the forms is easy enough will talk with the gms about it
